Technical Due Diligence
Often led by the specialists from our market sectors, we offer funds, banks, private investors and occupiers comprehensive due diligence solutions. We do this by combining our skill sets into focused project specific teams to complete technical appraisals of existing buildings, portfolios, or proposed projects. The appraisals include pre-acquisition, fund / development monitoring, pre-let tenant services and technical sales packs where a property or portfolio is for sale, where the technical data is critical for prospective purchasers and viability appraisals. Risk Management                                           We have an expert, dedicated team providing advice on construction dispute matters, both internally to the AYH sectors and externally to outside clients. This can start with an initial risk assessment at project outset and continue through to completion and beyond, advising on how disputes can be avoided and on any disputes should they arise. Services include: Contract Risk Assessment; Advice on contractual risk allocation; Advice on validity of contractual claims; Preparation of Referrals and Responses under Adjudication; Forensic Delay Analysis and Expert Witness under a variety of disciplines.

Health & Safety Consultancy
Our experienced team of health and safety consultants provide lifecycle health and safety support services to our clients as a natural development of our CDM Co-ordinator services.  This includes due diligence site acquisition studies, design appraisals, design and site management workshops, DDA access advice, core health and safety policy and procedure services, occupational health and safety appraisals, and fire risk management.
